Use the remaining pulp from lemon, lime, and ginger in your Beet-all juice to create a refreshing and invigorating Citrus Ginger Tea. This tea is perfect for soothing your throat and warming you up on a cold day.

Ingredients

  • Pulp from 1 lemon and 1 lime

  • 1-inch piece of ginger pulp

  • 2 cups of water

  • Honey to taste

Preparation

  1. Add lemon, lime, and ginger pulp to a pot with water.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.

  3. Strain the tea into cups. Add honey to taste and stir well.

  4. Serve hot for a comforting and aromatic experience.
