
About the Recipe
During really busy phases of recipe testing or after a few indulgent days, I find myself craving greens and something simple. This juice does exactly what its name says – for me, it feels like a reset button. It’s not sweet, is incredibly pure, and is packed with vital greens.

Ingredients
2 cucumbers, preferably organic
2 celery stalks
1 apple
1 orange, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1 x 1" (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon super greens or spirulina powder (optional)
1 probiotic capsule, split open (optional)
Preparation
Push all the ingredients through a juicer. Follow it with approximately 3 ½ fl oz (100 ml) of filtered water to wash all the juice through. Stir in the optional extras (if using). Use the back of a spoon to break up any clumps that form.
Using a cold-press juicer means that the juice will keep in the fridge for up to three days. I usually drink half and save the second half for the following day.
