Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes (peeled and diced)

  • 4 cups kale (chopped, stems removed)

  • 1 onion (diced)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and garlic, sautéing until softened.
