About the Recipe
The Turkey and Avocado Wrap is a perfect on-the-go lunch that’s both delicious and nutritious. It’s easy to prepare and packed with lean protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients
4 slices of whole grain or spinach tortilla wraps
8 oz sliced turkey breast
1 avocado (sliced)
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp hummus or mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Lay out the tortilla wraps on a flat surface. Spread hummus or mayo on each wrap.
Layer turkey slices, avocado, spinach, and shredded carrots in the center of each wrap.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Roll up the wraps tightly, slice in half, and serve.
