Alberta Arborists x CUOSA – A Partnership for a Greener Future
In 2024, Alberta Arborists proudly partnered with the Community In Unity and Outreach Society of Alberta (CUOSA) to enhance community green spaces, promote environmental education, and support sustainability efforts. Through this initiative, we are committed to making a lasting impact by planting trees, educating communities, and creating greener urban environments.
🌿 Our Impact in 2024
✅ 30+ Trees Planted 🌳 – Beautifying CUOSA’s community spaces with shade and sustainability.
✅ 50+ Volunteer Hours 🤝 – Alberta Arborists’ team joined CUOSA in community greening projects.
✅ 3 Educational Workshops 📚 – Teaching the importance of trees, sustainability, and urban forestry.
✅ Community Gardens Support 🍎 – Strengthening CUOSA’s Harvest Haven Community Gardens with fruit-bearing trees and maintenance support.
Looking Ahead to 2025
In 2025, Alberta Arborists and CUOSA will continue to expand this initiative by:
🌳 Planting 50+ more trees across Alberta communities.
📚 Hosting more educational workshops on sustainability and urban forestry.
💚 Encouraging corporate volunteerism to support CUOSA’s programs.
