Youth Empowerment Program:
Building Resilient, Financially Savvy Futures

CUOSA’s Youth Empowerment Program is a free, inclusive initiative designed to equip young people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in life, school, and the workforce.
Tailored for youth from underserved communities, newcomers, and those facing socio-economic barriers, this program provides a safe and empowering space to grow.

🧠 Core Program Components:

1. Financial Literacy & Tax Awareness
Youth learn budgeting, saving, and how to file basic tax returns. These foundational skills build long-term financial resilience and reduce financial vulnerability in adulthood.

2. Life Skills & Resilience Workshops
Interactive sessions focused on communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, self-awareness, and emotional regulation, promoting holistic personal development.

3. Job Readiness Training
Resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette are taught to prepare youth for part-time jobs, internships, and future careers.

4. Networking & Mentorship
Facilitated peer and mentor connections help youth build supportive networks and explore career and educational pathways in a safe, inclusive setting.
