About the Recipe

This Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon is a light and flavorful dish perfect for summer barbecues. The salmon is marinated in a zesty lemon and herb mixture, then grilled to perfection. It’s a healthy and delicious meal that’s quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place salmon fillets in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the salmon. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from the marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with additional fresh herbs if desired.
